Purchase Notice
• Please specify your pick-up and drop-off addresses and departure time when placing your order.
• Please leave your contact information (phone number, email address, LINE, WhatsApp, Kakao, WeChat, etc.) when placing your order so our customer service staff can contact you promptly.
• Driver information and vehicle license plate number will be provided between 6:00 PM the day before the event and 2 hours before the event time. Please check your email or messaging app (WhatsApp/Line/Kakao/WeChat).
• For urgent orders, please ensure your contact information is up-to-date so we can confirm your needs and arrange transportation promptly.
• Overtime and extra mileage fees should be paid to the driver in cash. You can also contact customer service to pay these fees in advance.
Important Booking Information
Service hours are 10 hours, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Services outside these hours will incur a night/early morning service fee (starting from ¥5000 depending on the end time).
The total mileage for the charter is limited to 300 kilometers. An extra mileage fee of ¥300 per kilometer will apply.
The charter duration is 10 hours (including normal travel time). Exceeding this limit will incur an additional fee of ¥6000 per hour.
If the departure and arrival points are outside Tokyo city limits, an additional fee starting from ¥10000 will apply, depending on the distance.
If a child seat is required, please specify when placing your order. The first child safety seat is provided free of charge; the second child seat costs ¥2000 (each child seat occupies 1-1.5 seats).
If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse service without a refund.
Cancellation Policy: Non-urgent bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of cancellation.
